PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) posted Rp881.5 billion in marketing sales in the first semester of 2025, or increasing by 10.5% from Rp796.3 billion in the same period in 2024. However, its business sales and revenue were recorded with 10.5% decline to Rp1.68 trillion from Rp1.88 trillion, with its recurring revenue declined by 13.1% to Rp629 billion from Rp723.5 billion. This decline was driven by the lost business revenue contribution from Pullman Vimala Hills Hotel following its divestment in 2024.
