Agung Podomoro Land Divests 100% Shares of Karya Pratama Propertindo

PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. (APLN) divested 100% shares of PT Karya Pratama Propertindo to PT Dibya Property and PT Hartons Property Development with the signing of the transaction document held on Thursday (1 December). This transaction positively affected the operational and the financial condition of the company by increasing the company’s cash position in supporting the operational and the business development and by decreasing its debt burden.
