PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) achieved Rp445 billion in marketing sales in April 2025, driven by the sales of its flagships projects including Podomoro Park Bandung, Bukit Podomoro Jakarta, and Podomoro City Deli Medan. APLN is confident to maintain its sales momentum amidst the challenging market after the Bank of Indonesia lowered the key interest rate to 5.50%, which is expected to be a positive catalyst to the property industry, and the Indonesian Retail Merchants Association (APRINDO) projection of 15% to 18% investment growth in the property sector in 2025.
