Adhi Commuter Properti (ADCP), a subsidiary of the State Owned Enterprise PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. (ADHI) issued the Adhi Commuter Bond I with the maximum capital of Rp500 billion, comprising A Series of 367-day maturity and B Series of three-year maturity. The overall fund obtained will be allocated for capital expenditures to increase its portfolio and business expansion. The first bond issued by ADCP is rated Triple B by Pefindo.
