PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI) aims to secure funding of Rp1.5 trillion from the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of its subsidiary, PT Adhi Commuter Properti (ACP) in June 2021. The fund will be allocated to support the ACP’s ongoing projects. In addition, through its subsidiary, Adhi Karya will also issue Medium Term Notes (MTN) worth Rp500 billion this year.
